I learned about the web site from Dorothy Johnson Pollock. This is
a wonderful way to "catch up" on what's going on with our fellow classmates. I
have read through the entire site with great interest. However, I was saddened
to learn that so many of our friends have passed away.
If I lived closer, I would love to join the dinner group for the
monthly get-togethers.

Subject: Just Learned about Website!
Only yesterday, after a delightful and surprising call from Don-Eita, did I
learn about this wonderful website! With the exception of announcements of
the last two reunions which I did receive from Charles, and pictures from one
of them which my dear friend Phyllis Swann Mercer sent to me, I have heard
very little from or about any of the people in that very special group of
seniors.
I thoroughly enjoyed every word of every single item in the Newsletter, and I
will follow it closely in the future! I know from experience what a lot of
work editing such a newsletter entails, and I applaud your efforts! Thank you
for providing me with a most pleasurable day!

Jim, thanks for doing this website. I have a suggestion/request. I am

attending the reunion because my first grandbaby is due that weekend and
because I will have just returned from the National Storytelling Festival
(Yes, I am still into speech) in Jonesborough to be held the week before.
